The activation of the requested service will take place within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. 
The billing will be made when the services you have requested will be active. 
Payment can be tested by bank transfer or using the payment system PayPal within 30 days from the billing date (subject to different agreements concluded between the parties). 
After this period in case of insolvency will disable services.
